Welcome everyone to BFAR-10's improved and better website! The enactment of E-Commerce Act of 1998 (RA 8792) and the on-going initiatives in the Information and Communication Technology arena both act as catalysts encouraging government to create its own cyber-niche in today's information age. The Bureau of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources-10 (BFAR-10), in particular, improved its own website as it joins the cyberspace to bolster its Information, Education and Communication (IEC) plans relative to.
Northern Mindanao is considered as one of the resource-rich regions in the country.
It is characterized by a very irregular coastline with a terrain that grows rough towards the
interior. Its typhoon-free climate and favorable peace and order makes the region
a favorite investment and tourist haven.
